These terms cover your use of the 2Days List app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your license
2Days List grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple licensed application end user license agreement (the Apple EULA), which apply to this app.
Purchases and subscriptions
The app is free to download. 2Days List Pro unlocks every paid feature, including the Apple Intelligence day summary, the AI day planner, the morning briefing, Stats and streaks, Home Screen widgets, and app-icon themes. You can unlock Pro in any of three ways:
- Monthly — an auto-renewable subscription at $1.49 per month.
- Yearly — an auto-renewable subscription at $9.99 per year, including a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Lifetime — a one-time purchase of $14.99 that is not a subscription.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by region; the price displayed in the app at the time of purchase is the one that applies. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically at the price of the plan you chose unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
Where a yearly subscription includes a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited if you purchase Pro before it ends. The lifetime option is a single, non-recurring charge. Optional tips are also available and grant no additional features.
All purchases are processed by Apple, and any refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your content
Your tasks are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud. The developer has no access to your task content. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its features beyond what these terms and applicable law allow.
Availability and AI features
Apple Intelligence features require a compatible iPhone and a supported iOS version. On devices without Apple Intelligence, dictation files a single task from your words and the day summary is unavailable. Features may change as the app is updated.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It is a personal planning tool and should not be relied on for anything safety-critical.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its date.
