2Days List collects nothing. There is no server to collect it with.

What is collected

Nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, and no third-party SDK of any kind in the app.

Where your tasks live

On your iPhone, in a local database. If you turn on iCloud sync, they are also stored in your own private iCloud database, which is governed by your Apple Account and is not readable by the developer. Sync is off unless you switch it on.

Dictation

Speech is transcribed on your device using Apple's on-device speech models. Audio is never recorded to disk and never leaves your iPhone. Nothing is sent to the developer or to any other service.

The AI features

Splitting dictation into separate tasks, and the written summary of your day, both run on your device through Apple Intelligence. Your task text is not transmitted anywhere to produce them.

Notifications

All notifications are scheduled locally by the app. There is no push server, and the app holds no device token.

Apple Reminders

If you send a task to Reminders, it is written into your own Reminders database through iOS. That is a one-way export you trigger, and it happens entirely on the device.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. The app is told only whether Pro is currently unlocked. It never sees your payment details.

Children

2Days List is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date.
